* First, go to Canvas and check on how many Canvas hours each student logged, and then to the 'grades' tab and see if they did the exams, and use this to help select proper hours.
* Log into Cabrillo Self Serve here
* Click in lower right "Faculty"
* Click on your course and then on the "Attendence" column

(or "grading" tab and then "final grade" box, if entering final course grades. You cannot enter W's after deadlines, only NP's)
* You'll see the list of students. Click on the "date" box and you'll see all the dates valid for meetings.
* Select a date and enter hr:min. On the left side you'll see "overall" hours will be auto-added when you enter. Make sure they total to no more than 27 for the field courses. Can't enter more than 24 hours per date, but otherwise it doesn't seem to pay attention to the official hours in the Schedule of Classes.
Grade Change
* Log in to Webadvisor
* left click on eforms
* then grade change
* enter student ID number to have system identify them
* fill out form...
* at the bottom click submit
