Attached please find Diane's SLO power point and the one from last fall's workshop, which is more detailed with examples from various departments from the 2018 group. I'm also sharing our Timeline Document with you - after making a couple of edits, including adding the link to take you straight to the Instruction Program Planning Library in BoardDocs, with all approved department program plans and annual updates. There, you can access your own active plans/updates (with department assessment analysis forms attached) and look at other departments as models.

* After done, also now need to enter Resource Requests (i.e. your requests at the end of your PP requesting funding for) on the web here: Resource Requests and note the off-campus access info from Terrence:
One of your colleagues called with a question about how to access the google request form from home. If you already use your Cabrillo google account on your home computer and are logged in, all you will need to do is click on the request link:

If you click on the link and do not see a form, try these steps:
1. Go to https://accounts.google.com
2. Enter your Cabrillo credentials. These will be the same as you use for your mail. You may be asked to enter them twice.
3. Now that you are signed in, clicking the request link should bring you to the form.
4. If you are on a shared or public computer, be sure to sign out when you are done from the drop down in the upper right corner by clicking on your account name. Note that more than one user can be logged in at the same time.

* Grab data files you'll need, like AstronomyProgPlanData.pdf . This will have tables that need to be inserted into your PP. The way I am doing this is to open the.pdf in Acrobat, and Shift+Fn+F11 (on Dell) and pasting it into Photoshop and saving it as a .jpg. Then paste this into your Program Plan MS Word document.
