Our astronomy helper Kirk Bender has made a beautiful Flickr webpage with over 200 images from our trip. We were challenged by bad weather early Friday, leaving wet conditions Friday night, but Saturday and Sunday were dry and made for a great adventure exploring the sky in telescopes Friday night, and demonstrating asteroid occultation science data gathering on Saturday night. And of course, our planetary science study on the trail to Laguna Falls on Saturday, and to Pinnacles National Park and the talus caves, and San Andreas Fault study sites on the drive to Pinnacles Sunday. I hope you enjoy these!
