This event is marginal, but under clean skies should be do-able. Alt=51, Az=277, in Perseus about 12 degrees due right of Jupiter, equilateral triangle with Jupiter and Plieades, and 20 degrees below the moon. Duration is 1.7s, nice and long, and at 13.0 that will give a good number of integrations during the occultation.

I set up at Hort Hill at Cabrillo College. ID'd and got on target with plenty of time. Then spent time trying to GoTo the 2004JM17 event which would be 7 minutes later than Ispahan. But very frustrating and unable to ID any of the stars.... spent so much time unwilling to give up, that I then didn't have enough time to return to the Ispahan field, and so I missed both events.
I got an obvious 2 sec. positive for Ispahan Fri. Feb. 7, 8x from the Nob Hill lot in Capitola.
