This is a decently good event; bright'ish star at  in a not overcrowded field in Aquarius. The duration is 0.3s so I'd recomment 2x or 4x at worst. The altitude is only 21 degrees setting in west so mean a bit dimmer than you might think. It's the front half of a back-to-back with an identical path. So be ready to end this one and immediately GoTo the next target.

Alt=21, Az=247 in Aquarius, 5 deg left of the "tripod"

I observed from the end of Pineridge Rd in Bonny Doon, at 2x. Visually I detected a 1/3s drop on the computer screen at the right time. The data is noisy in PyMovie and PyOTE, more so than I thought it would be, but PyOTE did detect it, barely at 0.5 sigma. I'll await Kirk's results before deciding further.

Moisture and cold on camcorder ruined the recording. No data.
