This is a low rank event, but bright at 11.2. Odds of a miss are high. Altitude is good.

Weather is excellent. Kirk and I both went up to Bonny Doon for clear dark skies

Richard Nolthenius

I set up at the cul-de-sac of Pine Ridge Rd. The goal was to both get this occultation, and immediately afterwards, to photograph the re-entry of the Dragon SpaceX capsule carrying 4 astronauts from the ISS. Success on both counts.

The data was solid, a clear miss, at 1x. No hint of a positive event. The Valda OCR training profile worked very well, again, for this event. I did save the PyOTE light curve in the PyMovie folder made. This event is ready to create the IOTA miss report and submit.
