Thur Aug 21 3-5pm - use this for Program Planning work at the Dept level. NOT Fri 3-5pm because that interferes with Astro Dept meeting.
Fri Aug 22 - Fri 2-4pm?? Astro Dept meeting (not created). Maybe instead slot this for 9-11pm so can use for AM3 and Will Glass meetup at observatory?
