Thur Aug 21 3-5pm - use this for Program Planning work at the Dept level. NOT Fri 3-5pm because that interferes with Astro Dept meeting.
Fri Aug 22 - Fri 2-4pm?? Astro Dept meeting (not created). Maybe instead slot this for 9-11pm so can use for AM3 and Will Glass meetup at observatory?

May 7 5:30pm- Scholarship potluck/celebration at Hort. Jordan should be featured too.
May 18 - 10:40pm - Occultation by the #1 Moon of Asteroid Hermione, from SLO or further SE. Carrizo Plain may be good. Looks like a worthwhile van trip? Planning page. Orbit may need to be refined and LS may be a better place to look for prediction update.
May 20 12:15am - TNO occultation through SF Bay, maybe SC. G=13.9, Dur=7s. RECONN event. Planning page Can't make big trip and still conduct Astro 4 8-10am Final Exam and also the P-show.
May 20 - 11-12noon Wed - give Planetarium Show for Bradley 4th Grade Elementary as part of their all-day Cabrillo "The 4th Grade Experience" Program.
May 27 - Call Dr. Palaczek and schedule for November19+
Aug mid - Barcroft Labs trip. Stay tuned with CLK, look for 'roids opportunities to justify a van?

Sept 11,12,13 - GraniteMan Challenge. June 15 is deadline for early reg for Gran Fondo $169. Ask High Sierra Tri Club if GraniteMan is official this year.
